#WeRunCoralSprings – April 2013 Run
Wow! Hats off to all participants in April's #WeRunCoralSprings. Sunday morning was a hot one, and everyone went extra head to finish the exclusive HIIT: 30/30. We started off running the jogging path at Riverside Park for 30 minutes, then did a 30 min Strength & Calorie Burning Circuit.
