As many of you might have known Tenisha is currently working her way thru a personal Hunger 4 Fitness Weight Loss Transformation program. MONDAY: Hunger 4 Fitness (in home) Circuit Training

TUESDAY: Cardio

WEDNESDAY: Hunger 4 Fitness (in home) Circuit Training

THURSDAY: Cardio

FRIDAY: Hunger 4 Fitness (in home) Circuit Training

SATURDAY: Cardio

SUNDAY: Rest
