Dropped 10lbs in his first 3 Weeks!
Woohoo, yesterday we featured @ijones1 30 Day results and now it's her hubby, Mark! I can't tell you how proud I am of him, too! Twice a week Mark comes to bootcamp ready to go! He has taken the meal plan and #bootcamp very seriously since day one. Matter a fact, he hasn't really eaten a#cheatmeal for 30 Days, and it paying off. Mark lost 10lbs in the first 3 weeks, and moved a notch in his belt. What's truly amazing is seeing his endurance improve session after session, which is helping him train longer and more intense as the weeks go by. Great job, Mark!! Keeping challenging yourself cause we can see the evidence :-)
