Client Spotlight: Dawn Drops 8lbs Fast!
Congrats Dawn! Fresh off our 21 Day Weight Loss Challenge, Dawn has dropped 8lbs. Dawn came to Boot Camp each day with extreme focus and determination. She set a goal and kept her eyes on the goal and less on the fatty foods. As you know, everyone to part in the Hunger 4 Fitness 21 Day Weight Loss pledge.
Clients went 3 weeks without Fried Foods, Simple Carbs, and some stop alcohol consumption as well. This was a great event and I’m proud of both Dawn and everyone who pledged NO to junk foods.
