Initial fitness consultation (required)

Hunger4Fitness does not create a one-size-fits-all solution for its clients. Every client is different with unique goals, experience, background and knowledge. This consultation is required to ensure your fitness journey is as successful as possible. Among other things, the consultation includes:

1) Discuss goals, objectives and capabilities
2) Assess current fitness level and questionnaire
3) Body analysis and documentation
4) Development of fitness plan and brief training session

Single one-on-one session

The best fitness programs are those where you consistently stick to your program. I can help you meet your workout goals where it works best for you, whether that’s at a third party location or even in your own home. If you don’t have equipment, we can get in a great workout that will get you to where you want to be.

One-on-‘more than one’

Many people find greater success in their journey to health and fitness when they tackle their goals with a supportive partner. Personal fitness sessions are available involving more than one client, but limited to three. If this fits your situation, simply email and we can discuss the pricing options available for you.

Custom fitness program development

This is typically an option for more intermediate to advanced clients. If you simply want someone to put together a great fitness program without the in-person guidance to help you through your workouts, Hunger4Fitness can create a program that’s fresh and will get you results.
