Burn Fat without Diet and Exercise?
So, you might have been working out consistently and eating a clean meal plan, but you still can’t get rid of the extra fat around the middle, right? Well, you need to be aware of 3 things. The following tips I'm about to share with you could help you solve your belly fat problem, and it has nothing to do with diet or exercise.
Some might not be aware of this but hormones play a HUGE part in the reduction of body fat and especially one hormone in particular- Cortisol.
Cortisol is a stress hormone and it’s essential for your survival.
When your body starts to experience any type of stress it will release cortisol, which helps to keep your body alert and functioning.
Now this is a good thing, but here is where you start to run into trouble. In a normal situation the body will produce cortisol for a short period of
time, and then return you’re your metabolic functions to normal, including fat reduction.
But when you’re body experiences constant stress, it will continue to produce cortisol causing you to gain and hold onto stubborn unrelenting belly fat!
So, if you’re having a hard time burning off that belly fat despite exercising and eating right you may have high levels of cortisol (caused by too much
stress) in your system.
Here are three ways to return your metabolic system to normal and start burning off that belly fat without diet and exercise:
1. 6-8 hours of sleep a night. Getting enough quality sleep is the most important thing you can do to minimize stress, optimize your health and help your body burn more fat!
Make sure you are sleeping in complete darkness; it helps you sleep more soundly.
Also get rid of all electrical equipment like phones, computers, TV’s, and
radios in your bedroom (or at least switch them off when you go to sleep).
Studies have found that the less electrical magnetic field you’re exposed to, the better your mind and body rests.
2. Proper Recovery Time. If you’re constantly feeling tired, it means your
body isn’t getting the right amount of recovery time it needs to function optimally.
Inadequate recovery between workouts simply means that your body still has
cortisol coursing through it. The best thing to do in this situation is to give yourself a break and let your body rest.
By not taking the time to rest you’ll be increasing your cortisol production and making your belly fat more difficult to burn off.
3. Drink Green Tea? Caffeine is a stimulant and it actually enhances your cortisol production! Most people can’t function without their good old cup of coffee, and that’s OK if you’re not suffering from chronic fatigue.
If you’re getting enough sleep I recommend drinking green tea.
It has about 1/4 the amount of caffeine than your regular cup of coffee and it also catachins–natural stimulants that helps boost your energy levels, fight fatigue and burn off belly fat.
