Craig’s Total Body Transformation

I started working with Craig June of 2010, and he was a big boy. Originally, he weighted 214lbs on a 6’1 frame, and his main goal was to torch body fat and rip down. Now, Craig’s story is a very unique one because we have yet to physically workout together. Other than meeting for a few local 5K races, his transformation has been done virtually.
