Certified Personal Trainer
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, who’s been in the sports and fitness field for over 3 years. I started as an avid athlete in basketball, even reaching the All Star County Level, and eventually progressed to fitness training. I would also like to help those who have a desire to lose weight and build serious muscle tone through a system of setting short-term, attainable goals. I believe, uou will ideally reach your long term goals through proper weight training, cardio, and nutrition. I rarely promote the word “diet” as I prefer to help people make a “lifestyle” change. Personally, I believe a diet can be temporary but a lifestyle can be forever.
As a personal trainer, I believe that it is important to have a great connection with my clients. In my college years, I became frustrated with my lanky 175 lb. frame, so through self-determination I began to research and test different training methods I could use to meet my health and fitness goals. Before long, I was able to reach all my set goals, which also gave me my desired physique.
